Instructions
- Remove the Toxin-Absorbing Pads from cellophane wrapper, note foil backing.
- Lay gauze patch on flat surface, gauze side down, paper side up.
- Peel only the middle section of sticker backing from the gauze patch.
- Place one Toxin-Absorbing Pad in the center of each gauze patch, foil side down.
- Peel the top and bottom strips of backing paper from the gauze patches.
- Stick one pad/patch assembly onto the sole of each foot before bedtime.
- Remove and dispose of the contaminated pads upon awakening.
Results can immediately be seen when a pad is removed. Overnight the clean gauze will have changed from dry and white, to damp and dark colored, stained by the extracted toxins. The darker the pad becomes, the larger the amount of toxins that have been absorbed.
